1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate quote requests for our cleaning services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our quote request form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from our website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our contact channels

2. Quote Requests and Service Arrangements

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. A service arrangement is only formed when both parties have agreed in writing (including by email) to the specific scope of services, scheduling, and pricing.

We reserve the right to decline any quote request or service engagement at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Service Terms

When a service arrangement is agreed upon, the following terms apply:

• Access: You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available at the scheduled time without reasonable advance notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service value.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the result of a cleaning visit, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or dissatisfaction arising from scope limitations agreed in advance.
• Property Condition: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service. We ask that you identify any delicate surfaces, valuables, or areas requiring special care before we begin.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided individually by quote and is not published on our website. Quoted prices are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on property size, scope, frequency, and specific service requirements.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for existing clients with reasonable advance notice of not less than fourteen (14) days.

5. Insurance and Liability

Éclat Pureté carries commercial general liability insurance. All service professionals are bonded and background-checked. In the event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning visit, please notify us within 24 hours and we will investigate and respond in good faith.

Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of cleaning services is limited to the value of the single service visit in which the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of Éclat Pureté and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of this website without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google's privacy policy). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting linked websites is at your own risk.
